Make very sure that the box is well sealed, and that there's no air escaping around the edge of the subwoofer or through the screw holes. If you push gently on the subwoofer and can hear air hissing, then you need to do some sealing. You may need some gasket material between the sub and box to make it airtight.

Poorly sealed boxes can cause problems with rattling and popping subwoofers.

you cannot visually tell on that subwoofer but more than likely your voice coil is partially fried. if you can see the voice coil, and part of it is black, then you need a new woofer. Its NOT worth reconing/refurbishing that kenwood. dont turn it up past its thermal limits, and invest in a quality class D amp at the very least jbl, kicker, infinity, rockford, mtx if you want mainstream budget. \
got money? Sundown audio, us amps, sinfoni, braxx, helix, old precision power, old hcca orion.
Btw i have experience w/ newer directed audio stuff and its decent. Not the best, but far from crap.
hope i helped.

nicely first your going to ought to locate out the dimensions of your production unit audio device and replace them seem for a extreme SPL rated speaker this suggests the better the score the louder it relatively is going to play with much less ability mandatory if thats no longer adequate i might upload an exterior amp to truly make the mids and extreme notes come to existence. IF it relatively is TO LOUD YOUR TO previous

does the rms on the sub match the rms on the amp you have to run them at the right frequency or they will rattle. also if u can hear the rattling from just inside your car try soundproofing the boot that can work aswell although its quite expensive!

you need a better box or the box might be weak, you might need a stronger amp
