When the interviewer asks you this question, you dont actually mention your weak points, but you have to diplomatically state your positives. For example: "My weakness is that I cant really wait for deadlines to approach, I tend to complete my project much before time and for this I often overwork my self and my fellow employees/ team members." . This is just an example. I hope you get the point.

I would reply, that I do not have any weaknesses for this job opportunity. I feel confident that you will be very pleased with my performance and be an asset to your company. My only weakness might be is that I am a perfectionist, and achieve great satisfaction from a job well done.
Look them straight in the eye when answering. It will show you are a confident in yourself.

That's your answer! It's perfect. If I'm doing the interview and asked that question and you answered without hesitation "I have four children ages 15 to 6 months. I dint have time to be weak." Your hired.

I had that query earlier. I used something with regard to the corporate to respond to yet I forgot precisely what it grow to be. you are going to be able to desire to offer them an answer that they wanna hear. Like regardless of if this is a lumber backyard working example, you answer something like: "I delight in working with wood and development stuff with my palms" Or say its a working laptop or laptop place: " i individually delight in using and working with my homestead laptop and that i'm actual stable at laptop artwork" Get the glide? you could upload stuff like: " this activity is on the element of homestead so I wont might desire to return and forth a approaches" or: " I even have heard alot approximately this company and its all been stable". You gotta attempt to win them over as a manner to land the activity. Be helpful and you will do in basic terms large.

One for me would be that I am so dedicated to my job that I sometimes take on more responsibility than I probably should. This is because I pay close attention to detail. I feel that a job should be done properly. Sometimes the people under me don't always complete the job in a manner I feel is appropriate. Many times I find myself taking on more responsibility to make sure the job is done right. I'm constantly reminding myself of the issues that must be considered and trying to think ahead. Sometimes this means longer hours and more people depending on me because they know I will take up the slack. I am self-employed, but I still find myself in that same position many times.

Your weakness should be a possitve one, I too returned back to working out side of my home, after running my husbands business for the last 8 years. It took me going through about ten interviews before I realized what worked. It had actually been 10 years since working out side of my home. It was very hard for me, but I have since landed a job. With each interview it got easier and easier for me to let them know exactly what they wanted to hear and to let them know what I wanted in return. It is hard, but you will do it because you have too.....
Good luck to you and your family...

They them your weakness is that you work too hard and make it your mission to make sure that a job is done to 100% satisfaction or you wont rest.
I think just by telling them you have 4 kids is enough to show that you are a hard worker....rasing kids is the hardest job of all!

I might reply, "Knowing what to answer when asked this question." Then be honest and explain that you have learned to be a strong person, knowing how to prioritize and be a goal oriented, team player. It shouldn't be long before you land a good position. (Although, looking at your question, you might also be forthright and admit to being grateful for the spell check feature on your computer...LOL)

you have to be honest, your weakness is your family. if an urgent matter comes up at home and they need you, you may have to leave the office todeal with it, but assure your prospective employer you will make up the missed hours and catch up on whatever you didn't finish.
i expect mums to have to leave at times for doctor's appointments etc. above all i respect honesty and if they tell me that up front and promise to make up their time, i'm a happy person!
