you should be brave
but first don tell her how you feel lest she find you irritating
you should try finding out if she has any feelings for you
by getting a little closer to her
talk to her more often,,stuff like that
and then you can slowly give her hints NOT friendly hints but really HINTS if you know what i mean.
then finally
tell her how you feel about her BUT don get too mushy..
start going out and remember that you guys are still not officially dating.
only when you feel she is th one for you right now then ask her to be your girlfriend.

And what does it have to do with TVs? :-)
There is no guarantee that anything will work - human chemistry is tough to understand, but try the following:
Be nice to her (help her with homework)
Invite her to go together to a concert or movie you know she will enjoy

I fail to see what that has to do with TVs ! Anyway, there is NO WAY to make someone like you. She either does or she doesn't. If she has made it painfully obvious that you just don't float her boat, just suck it up and set your sights on someone else. No use beating a dead horse !!!!!!!!!
