This is the President the Republicans voted for.
Are you able to sleep at night knowing that you created a blood thirsty monster?

No wonder there hasn't been any attacks on American soil. The President sent the troops as sacrificial lambs.

The attacks came days after the
Pentagon announced the completion of the troop buildup ordered by
President Bush in January, raising the total number of troops in Iraq to about 150,000. That number may still climb as more support troops move in.

The U.S. military announced Sunday that 14 American soldiers were killed over the past three days, including four in a single roadside bombing and another who was struck by a suicide bomber while on a foot patrol.

Combined with the previously announced death of a U.S. soldier in central Baghdad on Friday, it was a deadly start for June. May was the third bloodiest month since the war began in March 2003, with 127 troop deaths reported.

Anyone who is pro-war and says they support our troops need to re-evaluate. Supporting our troops means not encouraging them to put their lives in danger over LIES! If we care about them so much we need to bring them back here. They should have never been over there in the first place.

Bush's escalation of the war (Rove told him to call it a "surge" and the media goes along with it) has caused a noticeable increase in the number of our troops dying for a lost cause in an immoral and illegal war.

Bush is an evil war monger and war profiteer. If he were not so rich and powerful he would be prosecuted for war crimes. He is worse than Saddam ever thought about being.

I support our troops. That's why I want them brought home alive and unmaimed NOW. Impeach Bush.

The war supporters say everything is going well. The war supporters will never face the truth. By the way,,,,Bush is noww wanting to talk to the insurgents. Sounds as if Bush is giving in. ( Another Vietnam ).....Amnesty possible for Iraq insurgents: US ambassador

We should learn to mind our own business a little more, tis true.

The entire country voted for president, not just the Republicans.

Who is a blood thirsty monster? I think you mean oil thirsty monster.

They also announce recently they were going to try to pull our troops out of urban areas to see how well Iraqi police and army can handle things.

Progress?

Saddam is not invading Kuwait, bombing Kurds with gas, and burning up their oil rigs. After that, we should have gotten the hell out of there. We will never clean up the Middle East.

Since when has any rational person decided who is winning by how many people you have lost? When we landed in Normandy on June 6 we lost 8,000 men before the sun went down. Not wounded, dead! Was it a victory? You bet your xxx it was victory. The objective was accomplished and that was what was important. This generation has grown up with the idea that unless combat is bloodless then it was a failure. Even Captains Kirk and Picard lost people and no one considers them examples of bad officers. People die in combat, it is tragic for the families and friends of those lost. Unless you have put yourself in that position you are in no position to really judge. Patton was one of our greatest generals. He lost a lot of really good men in his rapid advance across France. He wrote that he was saving lives by moving fast even though he lost some lives just because of the speed. I want you people to find a Holocaust survivor and tell them that they should have died so we won't lose any troops. Find a black person and tell them that slavery was a better alternative than death for soldiers. Tell the survivors of the Japanese death camps that better they die than risk the lives of more soldiers defeating the Japanese. You people are living in a fantasy world and you are disgusting in your moralizing. A good heart without a strong head is dangerous.

The troop surge Bush called for isn't working as planned....whatever the plan with that was to begin with. Nobody really knows.

Bush has failed the American people. Bush has failed as a president. He should have been impeeched when he first got started.

Can you sleep at night knowing that over 500 Americans died last year from falling out of bed? Any progress in preventing this from happening again?

It's so sad that anyone has to die in war.
But you have to remember that thousands of our soldiers died in Vietnam war, this war pales in comparison.
