okay i like this girl that is awesome, but i don't know wat 2 talk about!! our 1st conversation had "silent moments" and i felt really awkward, she dosn't really talk much and expects me 2 b the talker, so wat do i talk about?

there are endless things to talk about! hobbies, activites you guys like to do, family, friends, passions, pets, experiences, funny moments, movies, books, sports, clothes, MUSIC, things you guys do for fun, celebs, what you hate, what you love, food, just about anything. for more personal stuff, you can talk about problems/advice, goals in life, fears in life, what bothers you, religion, politics, current events.. (the last three should be only talked about if you know that girl has a passion in those things otherwise it will be very boring..)
i know what you mean though, cause i'm more on the quiet side myself so i run into those problems too.. and im 15 (around the same age as that girl) and those are the stuff i usually talk about w/ friends.

Watching a movie is a good first date. During the movie, you do not need to talk or something. After that, you can use the movie as a conversational piece. You can also talk about your hobby and show it to her. Find something that is common to both of you and use that as a conversation. Like in a tango, you have to lead the girl to the next step or else she will be lost.

Most people like to talk about what interests them. You have to find out what interests her. Ask that question. What does she like? Hobbies? Music? Clothes? Sports? Does she play anything? Or, tell her about an experience you had that left an impression on you and ask if she ever had a similar experience? What? Compare? Or, tell about something that happened to someone you know, something that was really unusual. Ask if she ever had a similar experience or knows of someone who did. The idea is to get ideas flowing and then discuss them. Good luck.

talk about the current popular music. Pretend you like the same music she does... I know it will be horrible stuff... but that's the penalty you have to pay to deal with a teenage girl.

Bring up something random, and then move on from there. Like, start out with something like animals. Then you'll end up talking about a specific one, and then it will turn into something else, like, "Wouldn't it be cool it animals could talk? Then they could be like our butler or maid." and move on from there.

Talk about anything and then ask her opinion on it so you can try and get her talking. Don't get annoying though. :D
