Allah created human and gave a noble status above all creation, by giving mind and option of decision making.
It is human who deicide himself either right path or wrong path.
Even if you see birds, the birds who go out first in the morning to find food find food first and birds who reach late find just left over, or some times nothing.
Same way who ever will work hard for rewards will find rewards, because God is Just and will give what human not only seek but work for it as well.
Muslims unfortunately now a days for got to implement what they read in scriptures, but only trying to copy others, un-successfully.
Just look few hundred years back, you will see Muslims were well ahead in every walk of life, and leading the world.
gradually we ( Muslims ) started deviating from our course, on the other hand others adopted our line of actions and working hard they are getting rewards from God Almighty.
As I said God is just and rewards who work hard, rewarding those are working hard.
Muslims adopted laziness, corruption and getting punishment for what we are doing.
God is God, He is Just, He is SAMAD.
Muslims are responsible what we are now,

The UAE is one of the richest countries in the world....all arab money. Saudi is pretty well off too. Bahrain rates right up there with a high standard of living....which countries are you referring too. A few African countries are muslim yes....but then almost all African countries are corrupted and economically deprived.
There are alot of nonmuslim countries that are corrupted and economically deprived....but then there are alot of non muslim countries that are just plain corrupted....what exactly is your point.
Why blame Allah for what man brings about himself through greed, lust, and ignorance?
