because some rural part of the world they have no clue how to use them. they think its for christmas decoration purpose. And the family control istructors cant demonstrate it in front of religious villagers so they ususlly show it by fixing to a broomstick or something like that...

and the dumb villagers at late night.... after work , just apply the condom to their broomstick and start to wagg their wifes.

hahah . Oh my word! Did a teen just learn the word "condom" in class and everyone in the back giggled, so he figured posting it on an online forum would just be hilarious?

No and there's nothing in "holy religious books" about infantile questions being asked by supposedly intelligent people either.

no, in religious books contraception is not mentioned because the act of making sex for your own pleasure and not for making a child is considered a sin, a pleasure of the flesh.
