tigger: Cosmic space is inside and outside of the universe, it's hard to explain, it happened to me very suddenly and without warning, I had started meditating about 2 years before but I was not meditating at the time, I was working outside. ~ : )

Something similar. I turned my consciousness inside out. I went so far within myself that I penetrated the core of being and came out the other side.

-----*~Hope~*: very true.

-----Jon C: you're absolutely right.

Yes, but....

My older sister had dared me to high-kick above her head. I was wearing socks on a linoleum floor at the time.

The good news was, I won the dare, not only kicked over her head, but also briefly touched the ceiling.

The bad news was, post-flip....well, you know, you wake up with a headache, folks talk to you about this "concussion" garbage that sounds like gibberish to you until you wonder why the *room* is half-sideways and nobody else is noticing it, and people beg you to not try that nonsense again, because you made the *whole house* shake.

So yeah, I did the flip....and the cosmic space is just *landing on your head* when your feet miss the floor. ^_^

Have a good one!

I wish you wouldn't say these things CD.
Yes, I had a particular experience where the nature of existence and creation 'explained' itself to me. But I know there's more! While the experience was very pleasant it lacked the overwhelming ecstasy which I understand to be a sign of Kensho, Sartori.
And every time I hear of someone else 'experiencing 'that 'Big One' I start wanting it all over again!
It's a b*gger!

I thought "the MIND of the GOD" resides in the "The Mind" of the physical body...

And isn't there a better "cosmic space" deep inside of the physical body?

:)

Not recently, although there was a period recently where I appeared to have fallen into some Groundhog Day loop of time and space where every question I read was vilifying the McCanns.

Sir Jon is right.
You must not ask such beautiful questions in this forum.
Because, really this is not a question.
It is an Answer in the form of question.
An experience.

With the body completely relaxed the awareness can go anywhere it can feel a connection to.

WHen I used to take karate, I had to flip people and get flipped. There was this one time that I did this really awkward flip, my butt went up and I nearly broke my neck... we all laughed so hard.

Oh, wait, you didn't say, "comic" space.
