Some one that can get me an "edgey" hair cut and would be able to dye it non-natural colors without telling me Im crazy.

Most Toni & Guy's are a little edgy. Call one & see if they have someone who knows how to do what you want. Just start making phones call & see what you can find out about different salons. Ask to see photos of their work too so you can really see that they know what they are doing once you find one. Some stylists will tell you what you want to hear just to get you into their chair.
