The Christians inherited talking donkeys from the Jewish tradition! You don't think that stories about talking donkeys are are about donkeys, do you! These are stories, man! Think Br Rabbit and the 3 Little Pigs. I think "Spiderman" embodies many of the truths of scripture, as does "Peanuts," "Star Wars," and "The Lord of the Rings!"
