There is no safe sex with an unknown partner.Even condoms do not prevent fully the infections of HIV.It is said that the HIV virus can pass through the condoms as they are smaller in size.Kissing,Saliva, annul sex etc are also not safe sex.If you are under great pressure. go for masturbation and other wise return to your known safe partner.

condom is definitely the best and safest method as it not only prevents chances of pregnancy but also prevents venereal diseases.. however in case condom was not used then emergency post coital contraception-mifepristone or misoprostol can be used within 72hrs of having unsafe sex

ABSTINENCE. when you have sex w/someone you ARE HAVING SEX w/all the other ppl that person has slept with.
Plus, you don't know their STD status. why put your life at risk for only 3 minutes of pleasure.is it worth it?? then you'll worry if you have HIV.
