absolutely on Marine Bases, they have none of their own medical personnel and exclusively use US Navy personnel for that.

The Coast Guard has their own, at most it would be a joint assignment.

Yes. The USMC does not have thier own medical. Since the USMC is a division of the Navy, the medical department at all MC bases are Navy personnel. Navy corpsmen are the field medics for Marines in the field.

All marine medical personnel are US Navy, the USMC is part of the Department of the Navy. The US Coast Guard is not part of the Department of Defense, so in most cases, no for the USCG, and yes for the USMC.

Only the pretty ones under thirty years of age NOT...as Navy personnel all Navy nurses subject to Marine hospital assignments as well.
