fastest way to learn for adults, who be to 'imitate'... that is, speak. to learn to speak, u need to speak.
alot of people tend learn the language, in text, but never really speak it.
so, if u want to be more fluent, speak. be more daring, take as much opportunities to speak as possible.
watch more english movies, sing more english songs.
that help too.

Do you know any people near you that know English? Practice with them. Tip: You say "I was raised in the city of Riyadh" not "held". :). I think you're doing pretty well so far! Good luck

It seems like you can speak english perfect. Just make a penpal from america or someone who can speak english. You could take classes to learn english.
