I've been eating only vegan for the past two weeks, and I feel bloated and tired. Is it my food selection or just depression from losing my beloved dog?

track down your dietary fiber intake because it shouldnt be more than 35g a day. if you were not getting that much dietary fiber before then your body is adjusting and try upping it just a little by little.

The reason you feel bloated is because of your diet (vegan). As far as being tired, go to bed earlier. Good luck!
