I see you have not developed a spiritual understanding of martial arts. It's not about who you can beat up, ya moron.
It's about developing a spiritual balance of mind, body and soul.

Well, personally i have been weight lifting for almost 6 years now, wrestled for 5, done submission fighting/juijitsu, standup fighting(mix of kick boxing, boxing, muy thai, karate). As a male its pretty much normal to look at another guy an think to yourself ya i can take him. With my background I no that I can slap around your average joe and higher, but there will always be sum1 that will put you in your place no matter how good you are, so the best thing to do is be mature and avoid fights all together unless its for sport. Especially street fights, because even if you can beat the guy who is to say he wont pick up a rock an bean you off the head with it....

No, but my twin brother is. I just can't wait for that day that some guy kicks his ***, and then maybe he won't be as cocky.
I am sure I can stand my ground if I had to, I have a lot of strength for how small I am. I am 5'5 and 110 lbs and I can tackle guys. Mostly by accident when I am playing soccer, or some other agressive sport. I don't ever want to get into a fight though.

Nah. I took karate for 4 years... earned a lot of belts... had a lot of fun... then the prices went up and I had to drop it.
But you know what I really got out of those 4 years? Really messed up knees.

before, but when i had sparring with some of my friends,i realized that i am but a man,and nothing more.I ain't no superhero.so since then i learned the discipline of martial arts and since then i enjoyed it.I learned my lessons hard because my teacher woudn't allow us to wear any armor while sparring and bare fists are required,so it gave me a lot of bruises, haha. But of course once in a while this "martial artist's pride"still occurs to me.

This reminds me of the tightrope we walk as martial artists. We want to cultivate a level of self-confidence, but not to the level of over-confidence, which can become recklessly dangerous.

when I was young and immature I taught I had a big chance, but as I have became more maturer and trained in muay thai I think not, there will always be people more hardcore and more tougher and more intent to cause you harm.
