So they can learn about laws in USA and then have a path for residence, exile, refugee, or citizenship?

Civic education?? Most of them need the basic 3 Rs because they get virtually no education in their own country. Once they can read, write, and add, then give them a civics lesson.

YES. but not only them, some US Citizens need also Civic Education.

They are crimminals in our country ,and who knows about in thier countries. They deserve jail time and deported back to thier country at thier own expence.
This is how thier countries treat people who inter them.

If you and everyone else is willing to pay for it, I don't see why not. It's not like our tax money is helping get them out, so we might as well help build them up.

Yes and that goes for both US citznens also. There is a lot of miss information going around.

yes!! because they have come to this country to work even though they came "illigally" they should get that opportunity
