I also don't like spanish, at least I don't like Mexican Spanish. Other South Americans speak it more graceful. I don't really care for Italian too much either. Some of the languages I really like are German, Farci, Arabic, and some of the Eastern European Languages. Hebrew isn't bad, but I think Arabic is a little nicer. The writing is also quite beautiful.

Wow, a lot of people hate their own language then (English)...
Personally, I like the way German sounds, it seems very rhythmical to me. Swedish sounds like it has a lot of words with "o" in them for some reason. It also seems a bit "sing-song" to me, not in a bad way though.

To me, the German language sounds guttural, humorless, harsh, and unfriendly. Swedish and Norwegian languages have a lilt to them, which makes them not unpleasant to hear. Listening to people speak Italian makes me smile. Its happy, musical, energetic, emotional, and expressive. French is another language that neither sounds pretty to me, nor tastes good. I like to hear Russian. It sounds juicy and passionate. The Baltic languages, Hungarian, Romanian, and Serbian are easy on my ears as well. Enough from me.

I love the way German sounds. I cant really describe it but I hate when people say it sounds gutteral. Sounds great to me.

I've never been able to duplicate them, much to my disappointment. Too much back of the throat sounds, almost like explosions of air. It sounds gutteral to my ignorant ear, and I imagine other people think the same.

Spit, plain and simple. In order to pronounce many of the wordparts, one must make noises similar to hacking up a loogy. It reminds us of spitting, which is nasty and disgusting, as a loogy sandwich would be, and thus considered ugly. Accurate or not, many consider those languages ugly.
Nordic PEOPLE are generally considered beautiful, though. So I guess it balances out.
