"níos sásta" means "more happy" (happier).
The Irish for "most happy" (happiest) is "is sásta" (iss sahsta).
However, if the context is "most happy to meet you" or equivalent, then you mean "very happy" which can be translated in various ways, e.g.
"an-sásta" (on-sahsta)
"iontach sásta" (eenta sahsta)
"thar a bheith sásta" (horra-veh sahsta)
(These are Ulster pronunciations. I can give you any other dialect pronunciation if you want)
