I'm sure you can adopt her if you qualify but I really believe that it is going to be hard. And it is going to be hard for you too because a mother is a mother and kids always will search for the mother figure.
You can try to find a girl that is pregnant and doesn't want her baby and when the baby borns you two can make a deal and you say that you're the father and she gives you the custody, that would be easier.
I want to adopt a baby girl someday too.
You can have your own baby with a woman and then fight to get the custody **not a good idea if you're not married**

No social agency will allow this. They place babies with couples if possible. If not possible, they would place a girl with a single woman. And your attitude would rule you out of ever getting even an older child. Troll??
