What is the most accurate way of measuring body fat?

I think the most accurate is the dunk test...where they submerge you under water. Maybe a gym can do this?

The dunk test is a good way. You can also measure it on certain body fat machines at fitness clubs which measure the width of your thighs, waist, chest, and arms.
