For me, running keeps my metabolism going. I run about 4 miles a day. You can't target a certain area for weight loss - your body will decide where to take it off, so unfortunately, saying watch what you eat and exercise is really true. But expecting to sit down and never have a roll is not realistic. I have very little body fat but that still happens to me. As far as a six pack - work on just being toned and having a strong core. I do sit ups on an exercise ball, which targets things much better than just doing crunches (which I also do), but while I'm lean, I have never developed a "six pack" - wouldn't want to either.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

breakfast is the part of the day when you need complex carbs. try old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites.
you also need to do some light weight training to tone up and not lose any muscle because cardio burns both - fat and muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism)

You need a lot more protein (you have to eat a lot of protein to build muscle), a little more fat, and a lot less carbs. For example, just have the turkey and eggs for lunch (and more of them) and ditch the bread and OJ. And don't be afraid of a little mayo. Fat is necessary to life. Ditch the banana smoothie and have protein for breakfast. Have protein at EVERY meal, and plenty of it.

you will NOT get a six pack if you dont do situps. or an abdominal workout in the very least. start light, do some crunches every night before bed. you can then work up to situps, a couple times a day, 100, 200, 1000, more a day.
