Hey Reisling.. first off I gotta say that the 1st post had me LMAO. Its so bad, but its so true. 99.99% of the time a guys is stairing at a girl its because he is thinking abouy getting you naked and into bed. Its just hard coded into the DNA. Now a lot of guys may say something different, but in all honesty I doubt they are just thinking some as simple as oh, she's cute i wonder what her favorite ice cream flavor is.
As for what they guy actually wants you to do? Since most are just staring and have no real intention or even ability to act on a returned stare.. they probably don't really want you to do anything... the 30 second fantasy is enough. However, there are some guys who might try and follow it up with a line tyring to throw some game around, but even then they rarely expect you to react in a positive way. Even the best players crash and burn most of the time.

I'd like a nice smile with an ongoing grin if she turns away, maybe to another friend, or off to the side to hide it from you, but keep it to herself. Honestly smiles make the world go round, and i prefer the shy ones rather than a flirty girl. (whatever you call that, "Ladies-Man", for the opposite sex)
