I guess I'd be more interested in #3.
#4 is grammatically incorrect. If you mean all Atheists, it should be Atheists'. If you want to be specific it should read "This Atheist's interest in religion"

Do a basic online search, and you'll find a lot of other speeches, essays and other works with that same title by quite a few different authors.
