Last night I had a dream.. me and my grandpa (he died a month or two ago) were sitting on his porch watching a thunderstorm.. he looked at me and as he did it lightning and he turned into a skeleton and said something about watching out for the future and my decisions I will make ( I don't remember the words) and then he looked forward again and he was normal again... In this same dream after a sequence of flashes I was at my house and I got a call from a friend. She had apparently moved to North Olmsted (city next to mine) from Seattle to see me. She was in trouble with the police... The dream skipped to me at her house meeting with her and it skipped again to me and her running from someone or something in the forest... What does it mean?

I think I know what my grandpa was talking about... In the past I made bad decisions and I was charged with a felony 3. I have no feelings towards my friend in the dream.. me and her haven't talked in 3 months because we got in an arguement...

Maybe you love your friend and it's a secret even to you...which relates to "running from something hidden" like a criminal being in trouble with the police and running thru the woods. Your Grandfather may be telling you to follow your heart before you grow old and pass on like he's recently passed. Sorry for your loss.
PS 3 months apart does not mean you shouldn't forgive her.

It means when hugely sad things happen to us life still goes on as usual. I remember when a boy I grew up with killed himself 15 years ago and I was shocked by the whole thing. Yet, even though I was shocked and saddened by what happened, life kept going on as if everything was normal. It is hard enough to understand this in our conscious minds and it seems like your unconscious mind is struggling with this fact of life as well. Somehow we believe that when life changing events occur in our lives the world should stop and our emotions should take over, but this is rarely the case. The daily things happen and boredom and trivial thoughts fill our heads even though we feel we should be constantly in a deep state of emotional clarity. The fact that you're dreaming about your grandpa with the lightening (deep, emotional thoughts) and then skipping to thoughts about a girl (everyday thoughts) are your brain's way of making sense of this strange phenomenon.

Your grandfather saw this coming and wanted to warn you, so you wouldn't get into anymore trouble. He must have really loved you. Cherish that because my grandparents have been gone for so long. He's looking over you, wanting you to clear yourself and stay that way. Stay away from that trouble.
