Well you know they learned to travel thru time with that "slingshot around the sun" maneuver, so my guess is that Kirk had them do that a few times to get some extra "missions" in. Hard to guess the total number.

All I'm going to say is If I counted all those ladies multiple times, then I wouldn't come up with the same number twice.
