or wherever you took the pic , it is not on every pic just certain ones. I thought something is wrong with the printer at the photo lab. Just curious. Thanks

That is light reflecting on dust particles, or possibly a strange lighting effect involving strange light angles. Could be an issue with the printer though. If the film is underexposed to light it will be white.

Most of the time, those 'white spots' can be any number of things - the flash reflecting off of dust particles, or moisture in the air, imperfections in the film, problems with the film development process, bad film, a faulty camera which is causing exposure, or problems with your printer ink cartridges, or the paper it's being printed on.
However, what you were referring to, commonly called orbs, is also a possibility, though not likely. Try getting a digital camera - they even have disposable digital cameras now - and looking at the image on a computer, before they're developed or printed. This will rule out a lot of the 'explainable' possibilities.

Well, one time my family and I went to the Natural Bridge in WV for a mini vacation. There was a cave that was supposedly haunted, and we went inside. We took a picture with me and my mom. Well when we got the picture developed, there was a dots and stuff in front of me. It kinda freaked me out. No one knows if there are really ghosts or spirits. I believe there are though, and it could have been that.

It's dust in the air in front of the lens being illuminated by the flash. It's too close to focus on so it just looks like blurry white balls.
Don't fall for the spirit theory... unless spirits appear to us as dust.

could be,
personally i totally believe in ghosts/spirits/plotergeists/etc
i've seen them.
once i left a video camera connected to my pc on overnight in the dark room and recorded some strange stuff. blinking lights noises and such.
just google random words about ghosts and stuff. you will come up with some freaky sh!t
