I also look at them. As long as you don't look at them lustfully, I guess it is okay. But who can? Provocative clothes should be banned. The police used to arrest people who wear those things for creating a public scandal.
Peace and blessings!

I think Girls in bikinis are one of the most wonderfuls things that God has given us, and it is alright to look because it is oh so beautiful. Still don't over do it, then it is a sin

Jesus had some strong words on this topic:
Mathew 5:27 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery;' 28 but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.
Only you and God know if you are feeling lust when you look at girls in bikinis. Fantasizing about them later is also lust. If you look, feel lust, and quickly look away, no sin has occurred.

Such situations can constitute what the Church calls "occasions of sin", that is, persons, places or things that can be causes of temptation and can lead you into sin. Such situations don't necessarily constitute sin for the person exposed to them, though we are required to avoid unnecessary situations which we find are serious causes of temptation for us. Such a situation may very well constitute a sin of immodesty for the girl who is running around in public virtually naked however.

It all depends...
It is not wrong for a man to look upon an attrative woman and admire her beauty, SO LONG AS doing so does not compell the man to think or act in an impure manner. And it's the same for women who look upon men.

Yes, as a catholic, it is a sin, but you apparently can look at little boys in bikinis.

The sin comes when you lust after them. That is the sin.

You can look, but you dare not have a thought. Remember, there is free will to look, but no free thought or action.

i would guess that if you are looking at it for the beauty of the female body and not in sexual terms then no, it is not.
