do they need parental consent to do so ? if the husband or wife of the military person wants to attend school will th emilitary pay for this and if so when ?

no parental consent is needed, the 18 yr old civilian is considered an adult, unless their state's laws deem adults be 21

spouses DO NOT get any monies from the military to pay for schooling. they have the optionto apply for scholarships offered through military organziations, such as MWR, spouses clubs and the Commissary system, but they may NOT use their spouses' GI Bill.

You can get married the age of consent is 18 and if you are still in High School you can go where you spouse is stationed

You might should as the VA person at your school about that, I am sure they can better answer that question. As for parental consent, 18 years is adult right? Military cant say who you can or can't marry (unless it's Officer and NCOor blow...)

as long as you are 18 you do not need parental consent. And the military does not pay for school for spouces. (not even high school education)
