So we just got a big boy bed for our 3 yr old boy. Are there any bed guards that are better than others? Where can I get them? Thoughts?

Um.. check any second hand stores because brand new they are exspensive. Usually 50.00 or more, they are all the same. If the bed is next to a wall then you can buy one that only has one side. I personally would buy one, we tried not to get one at first and for about 2 weeks he fell out of bed everynite and we finally went and got one. We still use it and he is almost 4 years old. Target has them, and wal-mart has them online.

We didn't bother with the guard. We just plopped the mattress onto the floor for a month and let our boys learn not to roll off. Then put the bed together and haven't ever had an issue. I think you can buy them at Walmart or just about any big department store. Our boys climb gates etc so we figured it would just give them something to climb and mess with.
