I have never heard the term Uto-Aztec. But what is your point?
What matters is the USA was founded. And the rest of the world acknowledges what it is. There are lots of different groups of natives. And there are native american reservations, where the native tribe of people owns the land.
You want a reservation too? Is that your point? Pick a spot somewhere in Mexico or central or South America.
