I pack my man lunch all of the time. Usually a chicken salad sandwich. Then I throw in some fresh veggies & a jello pack or pudding pack. Lame but I also throw in a cute little note with it.

First make him a sandwich with his favorites and take a bite out of it, wrap it up. When he opens it he'll see the bite and smile.
or
Make him a sandwich and put a love note between the slices so when he bite into the sandwich the paper will stop him from going through and he'll read the note of love.
or
Slice strawberries in a zip loc with sugar, another zip loc with chocolate chips with instructions to mix together and enjoy.
Happy lunch :)

You can spread peanut butter on crackers in the shape of a heart or make some little finger sandwiches in fun shapes by using a cookie cutter. Or you can just make his regular snacks, but include a little hand written note from you. Hope I helped!

Get some marshmallows and some chocolate that is made for dipping chocolate (you can get it at Wal-Mart in the craft department with the cake decorating supplies). Melt the chocolate and dip the marshmallows in them. They are so yummy, easy to make, but look and taste like they took hours.
You could do this with pretzel rods, potato chips (groovy or wavy chips), anything that will hold up in his lunch.

Corny, corny, and corny! If he is hungry, girl he could care less whether or not it's cute! He's going to think of you REGARDLESS, because you made it. Did you think about the fact that he's really going to love the time and preparation you put into doing this for him? Although I did like the one reply where someone said to take a small bite out of his sandwich. That would be hilarious.

Oh please, if he is eating lunch from a bag or lunchpail, he's probably doing it with the rest of the guys, don't pack cutesy stuff for him if you want to impress him, pack him something really good, not cutesy.
You want to mess with him, make him an edible undies sandwich.
