legally no, morally yes. But everyone now a days claim to have American Indian blood.As, far as that goes Mexican citizens are a mixture of all kinds of nationality including Indian so shouldn't they be American Citizens?

I am not an American Indian. I am not an illegal immigrant. What happened 300+ years ago in a different time, under different laws and rules do not apply in 2007.

native americans didnt have immigration laws because they didnt have time to make any seeing as how the europeans slaughtered them before they even knew what was going on. but i think yes. the first immigrants never had any papers so i guess they were undocumented, therefore illegal.

No, read the Constitution.

Citizens born in the U.S. are not illegal immigrants.
Legal immigrants are not illegal immigrants.

The only illegal aliens are the ones who aren't citizens who sneak across our borders illegally. They're breaking U.S. Immigration law. Therefore they are illegal.

Anyone born in the USA or who becomes a naturalized citizen are citizens of the United States and are not illegal.

dude study history-every continent,every country throughout history was conquered by the strongest people of the times..The moral of the story is the Strong survive,the Weak perish. get over it,that's the way it is.by the way not an illegal immigrant,family has been here since the 1774.They helped to make this country great! the original indians were also immigrants and they had no nation.they were tribal fighting each other that's why they lost.

No we are just second phase immigrants. Since America has no natives. Our American Indians are just the descendants of the first immigrants.

When the Europeans came, America was pretty much open frontier with thousands of nomadic tribes. No system of government (except perhaps tribal) existed, so no immigration rules were there for us to break.
