Going to that big Mormon festival in Utah this month to try to covert the Mormons?

Well, I believe that Mormonism is a false religion so I would have to say that I support the actions of the missionaries.

I respect anyone who responsibly preaches their faith and tries to share it with the world. I would note, that "trying to convert" is an interesting terminology. Mormon missionaries consider their job to tell people the truth and help them learn that it is true for themselves. They are teachers and preachers, but the Holy Ghost is the one doing the conversion.

I went to a Non-denominational church for 4 years. I loved everyone who was part of the church. As I attended the church, I noticed that the people who wished to be God's missionaries were very dedicated and loving people. I have nothing against anyone. I think that we should all have this concept, to have nothing against people and their beliefs or love of God. No prejudice!

I think it's kind of funny.
After all, most of these people trying to "convert" Mormons have less developed opinions on details of faith. for example, they say "believe in Christ" the Mormon already does. read the bible...they already do that. Proclaim that Jesus is your Saviour...they do that too.
Really, what do they have to offer Mormons that Mormons don't already have???

No one converts anyone to anything. Only the Holy Spirit can convert anyone.
I don't mind anyone telling others about their faith, and why they believe as they do. I just don't like it when they start telling ME what *I* believe, and they can't even get it right. And THEN they insist that they are "only telling me the truth in love".

Missionaries are great, all of them. God send them to us to give us true messages and to teach us about Jesus' restored church. I want to be a sister missionary someday.
