Sorry if this seems a bit long, but I'm sure you'll find it interesting enough. I'm circumcised, and I think your boyfriend is wrong. Times are changing. Nobody will tease your son . . . the only time anyone will possibly see his penis is if he stands at one of those 4' long urinals in public school bathrooms with a bunch of curious little kids there. That's the only time anyone ever saw mine, and guess what? I was the only circumcised boy, and i thought there was something wrong with mine. (Indeed, there was . . . it isn't natural to be without the foreskin. Also, now that I'm older, I see that there are a few hairs growing up the shaft of my penis for about 3/4". I know it's gross to mention that, but it's best that you know that these operations are not perfect. I wish I had been left a bit more slack . . . . It's not the end of the world, but it's annoying sometimes to know that someone did this to me.) That was the only incident of its kind, mind you, and it was in kindergarten. If I recall correctly, I started using the stall after that.

Children just don't strip in front of each other. No school I've been to or heard of has required children to shower in front of each other, so that's a thing of the past and not a possible avenue for your son to get picked on. All that because my mom didn't want me to have one "looking like that". Like 80% of the world's men are uncut, and 95% of those say that they don't want to get circumcised. There really isn't any point. And even if there is, it can be done later if HE wants. But really, the only time I can forsee him having a problem with this is if he meets a very ignorant young woman who has never seen an uncircumcised penis before. That, or if he dates a Jew.

Also, I've heard that circumcision dramatically reduces sensitivity and the ability of the couple to retain lubrication during intercourse. I always suspected that to be the case, and recently a guy at work (who I've never talked to about this) made me think about it. We were discussing sex, and he mentioned that sometimes his stamina was "a little too good, if you know what I mean". I almost told him why that was, but I didn't want to seem like an oddball for all the reading I've done on the subject. Good night!

Oh yeah, I was old enough to remember my circumcision. I was between two and four years old, if I recall correctly. I asked my mom why she did that to me, and I believe I was rather upset about it. I had just learned to clean my foreskin and it was gone! Also, she tells me that we met one of the nurses that did it in a grocery store (it was a small town) and I started crying. I don't really remember that, but I'm not surprised.

I was circumcised at birth so I wouldn't know the difference, but when I went into the military many uncircumcised men were getting circumcised. They said they wished their parents had it done when they were born.
As I look back on boys making fun of me for having a larger penis than them (I just matured faster is all) I wish I could go back and laugh at them.
Actually, they had no right even looking at me down there.
Don't get too upset with Yahoo people.
When you've been here a little while, Yahoo's unfairness makes a person quite bitter.

I am uncircumcised and extremely grateful to my parents for leaving me intact. I was born in the 80s when it was very common in the US to circumcise. While growing up, most of my friends had been circumcised, but I was never teased for not having it done. We showered at school and I was never made fun of for having a foreskin even though there were only a few of us still natural. In all of my relationships, my girlfriends never had any complaints and were glad to learn all about it. When my wife and I have children, they will not be circumcised, since we feel there are no benefits to the procedure. Good luck

there is plenty you're able to do as a results of fact he's uncircumcised. you could start up at the same time as he's delicate at the same time as the foreskin remains masking the top (or if it nevertheless covers the top at the same time as he's frustrating you ought to use that for the time of your benefit). you could pull the foreskin over and suck on the overhang, slip your tongue in below the foreskin and lick around there, lick the frenulum, then you definately can slide the foreskin to and fro like it could do in masturbation. different issues like that i'm valuable you could think of of, use the foreskin to make it greater satisfying. you do no longer in elementary terms ought to pull the foreskin back and save it back to grant him oral, you ought to use the foreskin in what you do. Oh, and there is no longer something grimy approximately him being uncircumcised... different than that do in spite of you commonly do i'm valuable you will detect some standard suggestion on line like the link somebody published above.

I'm not a guy but there is question in voting (in the men's health section) about this very subject. Please read all the answers and check the links provided for more information on the subject.

My personal opinion is that it is a barbaric procedure that needs to stop. The foreskin is natural and normal.

Everyone is circumcised now adays, It also makes it easier to clean down there, My son had a mole and as he grew so did the mole, anyway I had it removed, So when he got older he wouldn't have to be embarrassed. It was on his private parts. he is glad it is gone.

Circumcision is for hygiene first of all.

"But i feel its natural and if your born with it why cut it off? Should we start cutting off ear lobes?" ==> I mean if you're born with armpit hair, why shave it? Why have a haircut? Why shave your legs? Why wax your eyebrows? Why shave your pubic hair? Duh.
