Oh that stuff is awful. I can't give away the remaining bottle I have had in the fridge for 2 months. It is bitter and taste just like the peeling of fruit. I know that is what they call it, but since we don't actually eat the peel I thought it wouldn't taste exactly like it. Horrible!
