I want to share my answer too!
I am a Mormon and my life has changed for good!
I feel so happy and I am so happy that I have a testimony and have found that closeness to God that I was looking for. I feel peaceful and I have faith. I wish that my 18 years of life had been in this church but sadly that is not the case. I am glad now I am a happy convert. ^_^

My religion is Islam, thank God. It has brought closer to God, has made me more faithful, and has answered my questions about life.

I've had a similar experience. I too have gotten a lot of help with stress and depression from prayer. More importantly it gave me a better perspective on my life. I know now that this life isn't all that important... it is just the "Shadowlands" as C.S. Lewis said.. the REAL life is coming next. Souls are more important than nations or money. Even if God did not exist, I would still choose to live as a Christian, simply because it has made my life better and happier.

My religion is the last update from God Islam. I found out in Islam that God is the true freedom and he give me the freedom to be free too. Sometimes i do wrong and sometimes i do well. But I know now life is to short and its not worth it and what is good about owning this world if you going to lose yourself and lost it at end. So be free to think about the road map of your life and keep believing in God the best convincing way.

It has helped me realize the importance of family... yes everyone agrees that families are important, but when viewed through Christ's gospel the previous importance seems almost like nothing in comparison.

I have come to love my family more thatn I could have though possible.

here are some more things I love about Christ's church...
1.) I love that we Understand the true nature of God and are able to follow and worship Christ knowing he is truly God's only begotten Son and the he suffered for us and provided a way for us to be forgiven of our sins.

2.) I love that we Study the KJV Bible hand in hand with other scriptures and don't say the Bible is was and ever will be the only scripture ever written. We have the record of Christ visiting some of his other sheep as mentioned in John 10:16.

3.) I love that We have a prophet of God who holds the same keys as Peter who guides this church under the mantle placed on him by God.

4.) I love that we teach paid clergy is not of God.

5.) I love the importance of famliy and how familes can be together forever.

6.) I love how the gospel makes perfect sense when you study with the spirit and with humble prayer...

7.) I love that we believe a man must be called of God and adn ordained to perform ordinances in God's name. In otherwords we believe someone can't just study a little in the Bible pass a test and become a minister.

8.) I love the love and fellowship that is so naturally a part of the church.

9.) I love the guidance the children and youth get in the church through inpsired leadership.

10.) I love the truth that we are all children of God and therefore brothers and sisters with a loving Heavenly Father.

I love that this gospel is for everyone... we invite every person on earth to pray and ask God if it is the truth? We don't attack other religions to prove ourselves right we teach the truth and that's it.

I could go on and on... but I won't. these are just some of the things I love about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

I personally have prayed with all my heart and know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is God's church restored through a prophet of God.

Thanks for the question! have a great day! :)

I am an Eclectic Pagan (which means that I draw my beliefs from a variety of different Pagan believe systems such as Wicca, Shamanism, Witchcraft, Buddhism, Taoism, etc.) My religion/spirituality as changed my entire understanding of the nature and reason for our existence. I have come to understand that we are brought to this Earth in order to realize our creative potential; to realize that we all contain the divine within us. (Namaste is a good term to do with this. It is a Buddhist term that means, "The Buddha-(God) Nature within me honors and respects the Buddha (God)-Nature within you." It is a greeting.) As we contain this God-Nature (in Christianity this may be akin to 'asking Jesus Christ into your heart' in order to receive the Holy Spirit, except I don't believe I need to ask for it; it is already there and I just need to realize and accept responsibility for it) we also contain within us Divine Will and the ability to create. When you realize this will, your identity, there is an internal and external pull to fulfill this will and purpose that has been set out for you. For some that may mean becoming a healer, a doctor, a clergy member, a teacher, and many other things. My spirituality has allowed me to feel connected to my Divine Will and to All Things. I hope that answers your question!

Finding my religion has been a very rewarding experience for me, and for my husband as well. When we met I was just learning about Islam and he is Muslim. He was so happy that I was interested in his religion and that I respected his beliefs so much. We have been together for one year (married for 6 months) and just prior to that one year mark, I converted to Islam. It was the happiest day of our lives, apart from our wedding.

Islam has taught me so much about myself and my husband. It shapes our marriage and gives us guidance for everyday life. I have learned to pray, and that alone has helped me immensely. Praying gives me peace and helps me to be patient and strong. I love Islam and all that it has done for me. I am thankful every day for the positive changes it has made in my life.

I'm LDS...and I am not sure how it's changed my life! I have been LDS all my life. I do know that without my faith I would be so lost. There are so many miracles I have seen and experienced, so many prayers which have been answered for me. I have seen friends and family amble through life without any kind of belief structure and it just reinforces to me the value of belief.
