You have to see a rheumatologist to diagnose your problem and help you. This is my best suggestion for you. It's impossible on the internet to tell you what you have. Once you know what you have come back and give the information and I'm sure you will get many helpful responses.

Hello 'Joint suffering' is a very usual grievance that many persons have and it has a variety of motives. Rheumatoid arthritis is most original within the aged and in ladies. It normally affects the first knuckles and is worst within the morning and gets higher during the day (i.E. The extra you utilize your fingers, the much less painful it's). Osteoarthritis is a 'wear and tear' disease. Osteoarthritis anguish can impact any joint and tends to worsen at the end of the day. Osteoarthritis additionally affects the aged more traditionally than young men and women. Joint discomfort is also a normal symptom for a quantity of extraordinary ailments; it may be obvious in conditions ranging from lyme disorder to gonorrhea (septic arthritis). Finally, joint suffering can be 'physiologic' which basically implies that as persons grow old, things are likely to get sore and there relatively are not any disorder techniques happening that have got to be dealt with medically. I endorse you begin taking an NSAID (for instance indomethacin or ibuprofen). These anti-inflammatory's should aid with the suffering. If the discomfort does not get higher, gets worse, or begins to influence your daily functioning, I advocate you go see a health care provider to get a extra thorough analysis of your symptoms. I am hoping this helps.

I don't think anyone could tell you just from that info...

Good idea about sciatica other questioner! The heel pain was the thing that stuck out to me, and that would make sense if it was sciatica. You need to see a doctor about this and he will probably send you to a PT who will probably have you do some kind of "nerve flossing" to break down whatever is restricting the movement of your nerves.
