Walking is good, and so is pilates. It may start to hurt a bit, but push through it. Seek advice from your doctor before you start ANY fitness routine though; he / she will give better advice than we can.

I'll be honest. I don't know about exercises, however, I do know quite a bit about nutritional supplements that help. My mother is 80 yrs. old and has suffered from this for 35+ years. I have done research, etc. and tried out many different supplements on her. Every time I read an article, the subject of glutathione comes up. Obviously, the word inflammation is in every other sentence. I have found a product called MaxGXL and it is helping my mother tremendously and a couple other people that I know are also benefitting from this product. My husband is one, he was having trouble with his elbow, since January 07. Couldn't extend it, it would catch on him, extremely painful--depending what activity he was trying to do. He went on MaxGXL and after 3 days, his elbow hasn't bothered him since. To get more info. on the product, you can view the website at: www.maxgxl.com There is a brief 20 min. video that plays and tells all about the product. I liked the fact that when we first purchased it, there is a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at candi.latham@yahoo.com
Have a great day!

Get yourself into a pool. Water walking, swimming, aqua aerobics, what ever you like or are interested in. You must go reg, 2 or 3 times a week for a long period of time. If you do you will not believe the difference in your health, I swear
