I think that the marshmallows combined with the pistachio pudding would make it way too sweet, but perhaps you might consider melting the chocolate chips with a little cream and butter and making a dark chocolate layer topped with crushed pecans. Or you can mix your graham cracker crumbs with a little butter, chopped marshmallows, chopped chocolate chips and sprinkle it over the top of your pie.

you can melt the marshmallows in a saucepan with a little milk. This works best if you fold in cool whip or whipped cream, but it can be done without (the cream gives it a better texture and cuts down the sugar). Melt the chips over a double-broiler and either fold them into the marshmallow mixture, or drizzle on top. (Note: usually about 1/2 cup milk per bag of marshmallows, so you may want to cut the milk down to 1/4 cup and use half the bag or less, just eyeball it.)

maybe you could cut the chocolate chips up really tiny and throw in the filling and then melt the marshmallow maybe and it put it on top...

or put the marshmallow on top and sprinkle it with the choc.
