Build an 8' wall all the way around the U.S. Put up gun turrents every 7 miles.Deport every immigrants that can not speak or read English and does not have a green card or are not legal U.S residents.Quit sending aid and food to other countries and don't back them up when they get into trouble with another country.
Bet it wouldn't take long for everyone to be singing a different song about the United States then. They would all want us to be there best buddy.
They hate us? Lets give them a reason...

Well I haven't come up with it, but the first thing is to secure the borders so that we stop the flow. We can then focus on the ones already here.
It's not practical to deport all of them. However, they are law-breakers by being here illegally. So I suggest we start by weeding out the criminals first.
Secondly, no one should be voting in a US election who can't speak English. So no more ballets in other languages.
Fine employers who employ illegals.
Come up with a legal worker program for those who wish to work here but do not want to become citizens.
Those who are already here and can prove a history of steady employment and a clean criminal record could apply for citizenship. They should first get a legal job and pay taxes. They should learn English. They should pay an application fee and complete the necessary studies. Their cases could be reviewed after 5 years at which time they could become citizens.
No more anchor babies.
No social services or education for illegals other than emergency medical and a free ride home.
I am all for LEGAL immigration.

Fine and jail the hell out of the employers that hire them.
Past a law that says as a illegal if you are caught you will sign a document that states that you will never, ever, be granted any type of vista or green card. This will be the first step. The second time you are caught 6 months in jail. The third time one year in prison. Then every time after that one year for each time you are caught. Then I would let those who came forward to self deport, be put on the top of the list for a guest worker program, and in turn a green card, and then citizenship

First, if a person is in the United States illegally, you deport them.
Second, if people are sneaking in, you plug the holes.
Third, if they try to use services in the United States that citizens and legal residents have to identify themselves for and pay for, then when it is discovered that they are illegal, we deport them.
Fourth, if they are using someone else's identity, someone else's social security or drivers license number or information, send them to jail for the fraud--then deport them.
Fifth, if some employer accepts fraudulent identity in the process of employment, then we find out if they did so knowingly, and let those people sit in jail with the illegals who used the fraudulent identity, and stay then when the illegals are deported.
Finally, I don't care what race, gender, color, or any other such thing is--are they here legally? Great. Illegally? Deport them!
I've twice voted for George W. Bush. I wouldn't vote for him again if he was running for dog catcher.

To stop more from coming we should protect our borders. Build some prisons in Mexico and force the Mexican goverment to put their illegals in jail for up to 6 months for leaving their country without the proper paperwork. Fine the Mexican goverment for not controlling their people.

build a fence along the mexican border, land mine the hell out of it and then build another fence to contain the area. Electrify both fences. Put the burden on employers to verify legal status. Make harboring illegals a felony with mandatory 25 years in prison. pass legislation making it illegal for foreign nationals to own property in the US (mexico already has this). Pass legislation to pay border officers per head that they detain and deport.

Arrest Illegals Seize their assets . Use the profits to build the wall and to deport them after they have done 1 year hard labor building the wall. Replace the labor by granting visa's in the country of the applicant. Repeal the law that allows Illegals to give birth to citizens.

Well we shouldn't grant the illegals here now amnesty that is for sure. That just teaches them that they broke the law and got away with it. Also it's not very fair to the people that have gone through the process to come here legally.

Revamp Homeland security and the way they process immigration requests.
Standardize forms and fee's.
SIMPLIFY FORMS.
SIMPLIFY INSTRUCTIONS.
UPDATE THE WBSITES and FEE'S on the websites that give potential immigrants information.
It would be a start .

Enforce current laws - jail employers of illegals so that the job market dries up. They will then have to go home! Seal the borders. Build a really high fence. It works in San Diego!
NO AMNESTY!!!!!!
