Surprisingly not much. Your body is very effective at managing itself without food, which is why we can live for several weeks without food (but with water).
Once you come out of your fast, though, look out. Your body will 'tell' itself to store every extra calorie you take in as fat, in order to prepare you for your next little fasting session.
Ultimately, it is very detrimental, not to mention a huge health risk, to your body. Depleting your body of nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.) for five days is dangerous. Multivitamins won't cut it because they aren't the same as vitamins from food, they aren't processed as easily, and a new report says that taking too many is a great way to get cancer. Many of the nutrients of food actually help your body rid itself of waste, so really, if you get sick, it could be pretty bad. Your body won't have energy to fight the infection/virus/bacterium, which is scary to think about.

Actually you may not loose much at all depending on a lot of conditions. There are no guarantees with any diet or fast. Fasting is good but it should be done safely. Some sites recommend 2 days a week.

Fasting is the dumbest thing to do, you're just going to lose water weight. If you do it for 5 days, you're going to have to drink water sometime, your body will dehydrate. So all of that fasting to lose weight (Water) you're going to gain it right back in 1 1/2 days.

That wouldn't be very smart. To repeat what has been said, whatever you lose will not be real fat; it'll be water weight. Just change your diet and workout daily... create a lifestyle of fitness. Crash dieting and fasting is detrimental in so many ways, and also bad for your heart.
