Yes, you can definetely get arrested. However, you overacted in a way but he deserved it. You did what every woman wants to do to a cheating boyfriend but refrains themselves from doing because charges can definetely be brought against you if he chooses.

YEAH! it is called domestic violence and destruction of property. Not that i don't understand your anger and have wanted to beat the holy crap out of my husband, and his sluts. But you are now looking at doing some time and he isn't worth you being locked up. I would've yelled, alot and then told him to take a flying leap into hell. Honey, i would go hire an attorney just incase he does call the cops. And if you happen to squeak by on this just remember if you ever get cheated on again not to hit, shove or wreck anyones stuff.

Well, your reaction is a little... violent. And yes, technically he could definitely press charges. He may not because it's a domestic dispute, but he could if he wanted to. That's why it's good to try and stay cool-headed, even when someone does something bad to you. You can get in trouble if you lose it and start battering people and wrecking stuff.

It depends what state you live in and yea, you could get arrested if he presses charges against you. I would think twice next time you think about doing something like this again. Hes not worth it, if he cheated. Let the other girl have him and move on.

Of course you can get arrested. What made you think you can hit someone and destroy property and not get arrested?
He should call the cops on you, clearly you are immature and have anger issues. No guy needs a crazy girlfriend.

Depends on how much of an idiot he is. If he cheated on you I personally think he deserved it but some guys are *******. Legally, you might be able to get arrested but I honestly don't think much could be filed against you unless you caused some major damages.
