You can brew tea and put a leaf in it (either hot or cold). You can make mint ice cream. You can mix some crushed dried (or fresh diced) mint leaves with yoghurt and put as a sauce over meat. You can press the leaves (if you have bundles of them) and extract spearmint oil to use in candies. You can make a mint cake or a vanilla mint cream pie.

As well as consuming it in the forms already listed, it can used to make some sachets, in the dried form of course.

I prefer a nice spearmint tea with honey though.
