I have a relative who left California after she and ex split. Her only friends have also left the state. Ex or his gf or someone keeps calling at different hours from different phones. Can you block a series of area codes on a land line? She figures if she can ax out the greater Los Angeles area, the calls will stop.

Have her tape all the harrassment calls on her answering machine and then call a police officer over to listen to the messages and to see if she can have her phone tapped.
When they find out where the calls are coming from and if
they do infact present a threat they can contact the police dept. in the area the calls were made from and send someone out there to investigate him and hopefully get him to stop the harrassment. Best of luck!

Report the caller to the phone company provider. It's against the law to harass someone.
