How do you block a number on your home phone? This stalker's ben calling me over and over again and really disrupting my life. I have a uniden phone with caller id.Please help!

Oh and the call center for my provider is closed on sundays and holidays.

if you have the service from telephone provider you would:

To use Call Blocker:

PICK UP The phone, press *60 and follow instructions:

Set up a list of numbers to block
Add known numbers or "private entries" to your list
Remove known numbers from your list

Note: In some locations you must press 3 to turn your service on or off. Calls will not be blocked unless Call Blocker is on.

To turn off Call Blocker:

PICK UP The phone and press *80 and follow the instructions.

Change your phone number and register it under someone else's name, such as a relative (not the same as your last name) or your wife's maiden name. Even if you block your current phone number, your stalker can call from a pay phone.

Or better yet. Cancel your home phone services and get a cellphone. It's cheaper.

For internet purposes, use Comcast cable.

dial *60 follow the promps u might need to subscribe its called 'call Screen" can store upto 12 unwanted numbers diverts the callers to a message saying you are not available your phone doesnt ring.

I believe its *87 but I am not sure. You just dial that then wait for the change with is about five secoends. Then hang up.

Call the police and make a repot, this way if something happens they have information on the person
