Yeah, we should make efforts for peace.
But teaching that Zionism is evil and that Israel is a terror state doesn't really help.
One can't honestly say that he wants peace when one teaches his children to hate the other side (the same goes for the Israelis, of course).
Instead of focusing on the damage that the Israeli army does in the Palestinian territories and the terror attacks that the Palestinian organizations make in Israel- we should teach our children to understand the other side.

The ancient Jews decided that the land belongs to them because God said so. The Jews themselves, and I mean the ancient Israelites-Canaanites, were a mix of many different peoples all who decided to accept the new monotheism that Abraham was preaching. In modern history, after the British pulled out of the area, they said the land should go to the Jews. The UN agreed and parcelled the land to the Jews who were declaring themselves a Nation. Of course, the Arabs disagreed; the UN took Palestine, illegally, from the Arabs and gave it to a religious organization. I don't want anyone to get me wrong, I am not against the Jews, I have Jewish ancestry. What I'm against is the UN taking land from one people and giving it to another. Personally, I think this is all the UN's fault. The Jews were never a nation, they were never a tribe, and they never had a country of their own. They were from pre-Arab tribes just like the rest of the Arabs. It was their decision to adopt a new ideology that made them different, and I truly believe that the UN and the British sided with the new Jewish Nation because they were closer to the Christians than the Muslims were. And yes, if someone attacks us, we should fight back. Iraq did not attack us, however, a single terrorist organization in another country did.

Peace is coexistence on the same land with equal rights and duties to both Israelis and Palestinians. When the Israeli recognize that Palestine have the right to exist too there will be peace. But so far Israeli leaders want to keep occupying land that was never part of Israel.
A viable Palestine means a viable Israel and no viable Palestine means no viable Israel and wars go on between the two people. Occupying other people by force is losing policy in the past and now and has no future.
No one could NOT change his mind unless he has no mind.

Yes.
The first step needs to be for Arab and Moslems to recognize Jews as fellow human beings with the right to live in peace.

Every Palestinian political party stands for destruction of the state of Israel. So what are we even arguing about?

When you will be success to making the peace that war-makers don't have any opportunity to damage it.
According to history, Zionist are invaders and occupiers. They are occupied Palestine and stole the lands from 1946 till now.
http://zionismexplained.org/map/map.html
They are killing all the protesters, ruin their houses, putting them into jails, torturing prisoners, kidnapping Palestinian leaders, etc. They is doing their crimes under US supports and they don't accept any one of international rules.

So in such a situation any kind of peace can't establish.
We should have enough sanctions against war-makers to reach of the stable peace. But some countries like US doesn't like peace stablish in the region, because Israel is alive while it is in war and making fears.

If the Palestinians can't even refrain from killing each other to settle disputes, then how can we have faith in them to make peace with Israel?
