I hate plain water so I drink it with a tiny squeeze of real lemon juice added. Just enough to take the chemical taste our water has away! I also drink squash and lots of fruit juices and a little milk, I also eat a lot of things like tomatoes or cucumber so although I don't drink 8 glasses of water I still make sure I don't get dehydrated. I'm only small and light and it can happen quickly and so I have to be very careful. Dehydration can kill!
check when you go to the toilet! The more like water it looks the better! If it's cloudy or dark you aren't getting enough fluid! If you get headaches a lot or feel tired and sluggish and seem to be thirsty a lot, then it's your bodies way of saying 'Help > I need water' quenching your thirst with fizzy soda is doing more harm than good for all the reason's mentioned already, so cut back on the soda and find better alternatives, and at least drink some plain water.

Yes, your body cannot live past 3 days without water. It may even be less than 3 days. Luckily for us some foods have water in them, so going 1 day without water won't kill you. It is reccomended that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That way your body will function properly and everything will be great. If you can't get 8 glasses a day, at least try drinking a bottle of water everyday. If you don't like the taste get flavored! Those are great! As for the soda problem, try to cut down on it. Imagine what it is doing to your stomach, all that acid! gross! hope I could help=)

Yes it is bad to not drink water! Water is different than pop or Soda. You can get dehydrated if you drink nothing but soda.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration which can lead to organ failure. I learned the hard way on a trip to the ER, where an intravenous "drink" of water set me back about $350.
Go by urine color, generally. The darker it is, the more water you need. And remember, too, that somethings you may drink, such as coffee or alcohol add to the dehydration effects. Not sure about soda. Hope this helps.

Yes, pretty much. If you drink diet soda, you're filling yourself with aspartame which has possible links with cancer. If you drink regular soda, it's full of sugar and not much else. Fizzy drinks also leach calcium from your body which is bad news for your teeth and bones. If you really don't like water, you can still drink diluted cordials which are better than fizzy drinks. Although really, water is the best thing for you - great forur skin and hair too.

Yes that's very unhealthy. You need water to stay hydrated and keep your body working properly. Soda is the worst. It's bad for your teeth and your health. All the sugar and acid and artifical flavors and stuff. It also makes you gain weight like crazy.
At least drink juice if you won't drink water, that's a bit better.

Ya kinda, soda ruins your teeth and is full of sugar. Most of your body is made of water so it's good just to drink pure water. If you dont like water (ya its kinda plain) go for a run or do a bunch of exercise (also good for your body) and water will never have tasted as good.
