Hi, on the ahima.org website they have job lisings you can view if you are an ahima member, maybe the AAPC has jobs for members on their website?
I don't know where you're located, but the state health information management affiliate website where you reside may have jobs and not require a membership/password to view them. For example, in california the CHIA website is:

Apply directly to medical care providers. Most of the Internet sites are just scams.
Talk to the place you worked for four years - they might be able to provide some work-at-home work.
