I'm doing an assignment at college and need some ideas on some really good promotional offers or competitions for a small boutique fictional winery. Any ideas would be great.

the build a better burger contest put on by sutter home winery in napa valley. Winner gets $50,000 and the title of best burger. They do one all beef winner for the $50,000 and a non-beef alternative for $10,000.
I have tried a number of the previous winners and just love every single one of them.
I believe that all recipes submitted must use any sutter home wine.
