what would you do if you love someone so much and never want to let that person go but if that person hits you so much and they say they will change and they dont what would you do can anyone please help me think of what i should do

You should leave, you are being abused. In instances where you need help your lover should help you, not call you stupid because you don't know. A person who loves you should not hit you, if the person hits you then what are they going to do to your children, if you have children you should get out if not for yourself then for them.

You should one leave him. If he cared, he wouldn't yell and hit you. If he does it again, call the cops. Like I said, if he cared, he'd help you, and not hurt you. This is really important. It's against the law, hitting you, unless it's for self-defense. What he's telling you, that he'll change, is a lie. He needs to get help.

If someone is hitting you, they don't love you. Get out of the relationship now and get far away. File for a restraining order and report this person to the authorities for assault. It is wrong and illegal! And get yourself into councelling immediately!

Someone who loves you will not HIT you. You need, if you can, remove yourself IMMEDIATELY from this situation. It's not you that is doing anything wrong, its the other person that is in the wrong. You can press charges, get a restraining order.
